PaperPlanes GEO is designed for public brand and market information. It is not intended to receive personal health, claims, payment, credential, government-identifier, or other regulated individual data.

Workspace evidence is isolated by organization and workspace. Raw automated responses and manual evidence are retained for 12 months by default; generated exports expire after 30 days. Customer-term data is removed under the contracted offboarding schedule.

Access, configuration changes, collections, reviews, approvals, exports, support access, and deletion actions are recorded in an audit trail.
